Memphis Invisible Fence Brand Dealer Receives Excellence Award
Invisible Fence Brand recently recognized Barney Rabor, owner of Invisible Fence of Memphis, at the company’s 2011 Circle of Excellence Awards. The dealership’s success is quite the accolade, as Circle of Excellence recipients are amongst only five percent of all Invisible Fence brand dealers in North America.
Brian Atkison, Sales Manager, Invisible Fence Brand, shared, “It is important for us to recognize and reward our dealers and distributors for their hard work and dedication to Invisible Fence Brand. Much of the success of our company can be attributed to dealers like the ones being recognized with these awards.”
Invisible Fence, a company that manufactures pet containment and avoidance systems, recently named their most successful dealerships at their 2011 International Dealer of the Year Awards ceremony. With recipients from the United States and Canada in attendance, the event took place in Marco Island, Florida. Winners received recognition and a cash award.
Raborn credits the honor with a work environment that is teamwork based. He attributes client service and satisfaction as the top priorities that are critical to the success of the business. Raborn reported, “We are fully accessible and want to make sure our clients are taken care of and satisfied. We truly believe in the product and the strong impact it makes in our clients’ lives.”
The Invisible Fence Brand uses 40 years of technology to help pets quickly and easily understand their boundaries safely. They boast a 98 percent customer satisfaction rate with over two million pets using the system. A wire is discreetly installed around the customer’s property, which creates an invisible boundary. Professional pet trainers teach the pet boundaries and avoidance behaviors so pets understand and learn where they may and may not go. The pet’s custom collar delivers a warning tone and if needed, a non-harming static correction if they come too close or test the limits.
