Lisa Woody writes Google's top-ranked dog product review blog, FunStuffForDogs.wordpress.com. She is the host of the podcast, "The Luck Dog Show" and maintains a dozen websites, both content and e-commerce.
Lisa is President of www.DogToysAndTreats.com, which she founded in 2004 with an "upbeat, off-beat, totally fun" collection of dog products. A corporate refugee, she has held marketing and communications positions with a top-five national ad agency, Toni & Guy salon products, and one of Dallas' top business consulting firms. She is a former Director of Communications for the American Marketing Association's Dallas chapter.
A lifelong feature writer and recovering magazine editor (in the equine industry), Lisa started writing product reviews of horse products. She now writes about cool dog products - especially lesser-known ones - and enjoys finding new products, trends and images that are off the beaten track to share with her subscribers through a variety of social media. Her sites have been featured in consumer magazines ranging from Men's Health to Rachel Ray's e-zine, from the New York Post to Better Homes & Gardens, as well as dozens of pet publications.
Raised in a wonderful group foster home in picturesque New Hampshire, Lisa now lives in North Texas with their three adopted children, ages four, five and six, along with their clinically insane Irish Setter, Finnegan.
