Pawsitive Perks Introduces Pet Retail Mobile App and Website Service
PawsitivePerks.com, a website owned by Kamron Karington, has introduced a pet retail mobile app and website service to help pet supply stores reach customers via smartphones.
Marketed as an “all-in-one” sales-building program for pet retail business owners, Pawsitive Perks includes a loyalty rewards program that reaches out to customers and provides them with repeated and continual reasons to return to a pet retailer’s storefront.
When a pet supply store signs up for Pawsitive Perks and the autopilot loyalty program, they can add a custom mobile app and mobile-friendly website for the cost of $49 per month. Pawsitive Perks then sets everything up and rewards members can access rewards and points via Iphones. They plan to have the program set up for Android phones soon.
Pawsitive Perks integrated our rewards database with our products and other store information, and created the app for us. All we did is make some adjustments to reflect our brand, and it was super-easy. We dropped in photos and added buying information. Then we launched, “stated Brad Romero, owner of the pet supply store, Ben’s Bistro.
Romero reported that tech customers love the app. They can use their iPhone, browse products and see how many reward points they’ve earned before walking into the store, Romero shared. Once in store, customers are able to earn further points when their barcode is scanned during the checkout process. Coupons are earned for birthdays and other events, as well. The system eliminates the need for printing coupons. Within one week of launching the mobile app, the business reported 550 downloads and growing.
PawsitivePerks.com is the pet industry’s first autopilot customer loyalty rewards card program for independent retailers and features a customizable pet store mobile app and mobile website service.
