Proprietary pet supply company, Our Pet’s Company, recently announced a realignment of their sales team. Trading as OPCO, Our Pet’s Company revealed that Scott Fitzhugh will leave the company at the end of 2011 in order to launch his own sales and marketing firm. The Marketing organization at Our Pet’s will report directly to company founder, Dr. Steve Tsengas.
Fitzhugh joined the company as National Sales Manager in 2002 and then served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing from 2006 to the current time. He will remain an independent representative of Our Pet’s to key industry accounts. During his time at Our Pet’s, Fitzhugh helped the company grow from a $4.5 million per year revenue stream to $20 million.

In its Sales Team realignment, Our Pet’s has promoted Matthew Avon from National Sales Manager to International and Mass Accounts Sales Manager, who has been with the company since 2006. Tim Viancourt will manage sales activity of the domestic pet specialty channel. With over 25 years of sales experience, Viancourt is currently National Sales Manager. Dan Konopa will manage grocery, drugstore, club, internet, and alternative channel accounts. He is currently a National Accounts Manager with Our Pet’s.
