Van Beek Natural Science, a manufacturing and service company providing natural products to the market for both livestock and companion animals, annouced that the new formula included in its synbiotic product, Synacore, contains 13 enzymes that all work synergistically to help maintain a healthy digestive system in dogs and cats. Synbiotic is a nutritional supplement that contains both prebiotics and probiotics that work together and allows Synacore to support the growth of "friendly flora" in a pet's GI tract.
In addition to enzymes, Synacore's formulation also consists of vitamins to further aid in digestion and support for the animal's health.
"Raw diets are rich in enzymes and complex nutrients," said Ron Van Beek, president and CEO of Van Beek Natural Science. "If pet parents are feeding their pets dry and/or canned foods, essential nutrients and digestive enzymes are missing from their pets' diets. For many pet parents, feeding pets a raw diet isn't practical. So, the best way to help pets' digestion and absorption of food is to add a supplement containing enzymes."
Synacore is sold in 30-stick packs per box, by animal species and only through veterinarians. For more information about Van Beek Natural Science, visit www.vanbeeknaturalscience.com.
