TVGoods Inc., a direct response marketing organization, has announced that the company has received a purchase order from Walgreens for CitiKitty.
Launched in 2005, CitiKitty is a cat toilet training system designed to fit standard and elongated toilets in the U.S. and Canada, offering a cost-effective and earth-friendly alternative to the litter box. TVGoods was founded by Kevin Harrington. The company is responsible for the first ever fishing infomercial with the Flying Lure, the first ever music infomercial with Wolfman Jack and the first ever and longest-running golf infomercial with the Medicus Golf Club.
"This initial order reflects the continued success of the CitiKitty product," said TV Goods CEO Steve Rogai. "We are pleased to announce this milestone, and believe the potential exists for significant follow-on orders." Rogai said CitiKitty will initially test in 400 stores.
Walgreens represents one of the biggest retail distributors of As Seen On TV products with over 6,300 stores nationwide and over 4 million customers daily. For more information about the CitiKitty Cat Toilet Training Kit go to www.citikitty.com/default.asp.
