LifeLearn Launches New Version of Pet Nutrition Network for Vets
LifeLearn, Inc. announced today that it will be launching version 4 of WebDVM, an educational website for veterinarians and clinic staff.
WebDVM 4 is different from previous versions in that it offers social media and search engine optimization (SEO) tools that can be used to enhance communication with customers both existent and prospective.
"The Internet has changed the way veterinary practices interact with their clients," said James Carroll, Chief Operating Officer of LifeLearn. "Today, pet owners expect to be able to gain immediate access to pet health information and to interact with their veterinarian online, on their own terms. WebDVM 4 meets this need by making it much easier for veterinarians to update their web site content, self-publish blog articles, link to social media outlets, and 'get found' on search engines. A strong web site enables better client communication and education, which leads to better compliance, better business, and better patient care."
Users can integrate a website with social media pages such as Facebook, Twitter, and Flickr, entering social media URLs once during setup links the business automatically to social media icons on each page, allow site visitors to bookmark information and share it via other social media sites, publish blog articles with keywords that enhance search engine optimization, better control how search engines read the site with enhanced SEO tools, allowing prospective clients to more easily find the clinic online, update the site with a more powerful content management system that's still easy to use, and offer e-commerce capabilities and take advantage of effective email marketing services.
Falling in line with other versions, this one will still include the ClientEdOnline service which gives users access to over 1,200 educational articles that are updated monthly. It also offers professional web site designs; online request forms for boarding, appointments, prescription and food refills; and trusted support from LifeLearn's team of web site professionals that includes weekly webinars and one-on-one training.
