DogSmith National Franchise Announces Director of Training
The DogSmith National Franchise Team announced Angelica Steinker to the position of Director of Training as of August, 2012.
DogSmith is a franchise and Florida-based company that provides professional support and training to dog owners. Angelica Steinker is the President and Founder of Courteous Canine Dog Training School in Tampa, Florida. She specializes in dog aggression, agility, rally obedience, learning, and behavior. She is also a published author in dog training and agility aspects with the books Agility Success: Training and Competing with Your Dog in the Winning Zone and Click and Play Agility.
As a founding member and steering committee member of the Pet Professionals Guild, she serves on their Advisory Board and is an instructor at the Companion Animal Sciences Institute.
Steinker has also been published in the peer reviewed Journal of Applied Companion Animal Behavior and the Journal of Veterinary Behavior and her articles have appeared in the Association of Pet Dog Trainers Chronicle, Dog Newsletter, Dog & Handler, Animal Trainer Magazine, Dog Sport Magazine, Dalmatian Quarterly, and Clean Run.
