D Pet Hotels, touted as the world’s most luxurious dog resort, spa, and boutique, will be expanding from their first property in Hollywood, California, to New York and Scottsdale, Arizona.
D Pet Hotels opened in Scottsdale on August 15 and offers five-star services to dogs including chauffer services in cars by Lamborghini and Porsche, indoor dog parks, in-house boutique with organic food and treats, and luxury items like bowls, bags, and beds.
The next location will be New York in the Chelsea district, which will comprise a total of 10,000 square feet and offer similar services and amenities to the other locations. All D Pet Hotels have day care services along with a spa menu, fitness center, private fitness trainer if desired, and chef-made meals for dogs.
Staff at all D Pet Hotels are on premises 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The actual hotel is open for business daily from 7 am to 7 pm.

According to a recent article in the New York Daily News, a five-star luxury pet hotel will be opening in Dallas, Texas, on August 18 that will offer similar services, including “spaw” massages, “pad-dicures,” facials, and tooth brushing. The five-star luxury hotel is called Pooch. Pooch Hotel was purchased by Petco in 2011 and began in 2004 as a family-owned premium pet destination.
In 2012, Pooch Hotel Hollywood opened in May with a February opening preceding it in Totowa, New Jersey.
