Aussie Pet Mobile Canada, who marked their 40th territory of franchising in the Ontario Market earlier this year, has teamed with Vonigo cloud-based management to more effectively operate and streamline their daily operations.
Richard Avis, CEO of Aussie Pet Mobile's Canadian operation, shared, “Our franchise owners are experiencing greater efficiencies with the management and scheduling of their pet mobile fleet. They are also able to improve communication with each groomer who has real-time access via smart phone to the detailed client information portal, and have the ability to ‘re-book’ clients with their preferred date for future grooming appointments, on the spot.”
Aussie Pet Mobile was founded in 1996 in Sydney, Australia. They came to the United States in 1999 and have opened over 300 mobile pet spas, with a global operation in seven international markets. They awarded a total of 40 franchised territories in Canada as of January, 2012.
Roman Abzel, former Vice President of Technology at the well-known Canadian franchise 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is the co-founder of Vonigo. Vonigo plans to help Aussie Pet Mobile collect and organize their data so they can efficiently track customer and pet information from the lead phase through payment collection with QuickBooks integration.
Abzel reported that the online scheduling module is one part of what they offer. Vonigo will be integrated into the Aussie network globally but will be incorporated with new system-wide features including a help portal. “The near future looks very promising for Vonigo. “Not only is Vonigo being integrated into the Aussie network globally, I am aware of a number of well known corporations that have also implemented and are now relying on Vonigo, “ Avis stated.
