Very excited to find the microsoft pet warming pad. Very irritated to learn that not only is it not available online, but only in-store. My nearest store informs me that it is considered a season item and won't be in the store for several more months. My elderly, kidney failing, underweight kitty needs it now. Since this is not an outdoor item to begin with, I completely fail to understand the seasonal rational. I could continue with a long list of reasons for this but anyone that knows cats, knows them. Not a smart decision on either company's part. Not happy.
