Two companies in the Chicago, Illinois, area have decided to combine their forces and come together in a specialized pet care service for a tighter, more focused target market.
Shannon's Pet Sitting & Mustang Sally Horse and Pet Sitting discovered each other’s services in a pet business networking group called “PetNet.” Both companies will retain their individual services and individuality, but will now be able to offer their combined services to an array of clients. PetNet was founded in July of 2010 by Shannon in order to help local pet small businesses network and better service pets and their owners.
Mustang Sally Horse and Pet Sitting is a member of Pet Sitters International and certified in Pet First Aid by the American Red Cross.
Both companies are bonded, insured, certified in Pet CPR & First Aid. Shannon’s Pet Sitting helps pets with behavioral problems along with assisting pets’ medical needs and a focus on senior pets. In May of 2012, Shannon discovered a need for a daytime administrative assistant and found Mustang Sally Horse and Pet Sitting founder, “Mustang Sally.” As a certified Equine/Canine Masseuse, Sally will fill the administrative assistant position and will serve as back up pet sitter to Shannon.
