Hundreds Expected at BlogPaws 2012 Conference in Salt Lake City
BlogPaws, the original social media pet community and international marketing conference is taking place this week, with its three-day from June 21-23, 2012, in Salt Lake City, Utah. The host hotel is the Sheraton Salt Lake.
The conference is pet-friendly and welcomes pet parents and enthusiasts together with each other, with the brands they buy and with experts that give actionable advice.
“Each year, our conferences get bigger and continue to attract bloggers and brands from across the United States, Canada, and overseas,” co-founder Yvonne DiVita reported. “We expect hundreds once again and look forward to continuing to grow with each conference.”
Founded in 2009 by three dedicated pet lovers and bloggers, BlogPaws helps pet bloggers and enthusiasts connect digitally, build their online presence, enhance their social networks and give back to the community. They have given back over $35,00 in products and donations over the years.
BlogPaws is a year-round social media and marketing company that hosts yearly conferences. Their Community forum is free of charge and open to the public. Anyone interested in social media, whether in the pet world or otherwise, is invited to attend.
Highlights of this year’s conference include dozens of educational sessions geared at social media and learning, BlogPaws Nose-to-Nose Blogger Awards Ceremony on Saturday, June 23 featuring emcee Wendy Diamond; and keynote speaker, Betsy Banks Saul, founder of Petfinder.com.
