PetRelocation.com, a company offering door-to-door pet transport and pet travel services, has been selected as a 2012 Inner City 100 by the Initiative for Inner City (ICIC) and Fortune Magazine. The Inner City 100 is a listing of the fastest-growing inner city companies in the United States.
With headquarters in Austin, Texas, PetRelocation.com was the highest-ranking Austin-based company from the three Austin companies listed on the Inner City 100. The entire list is available for viewing at the Fortune.com website.

The rankings were revealed at the Inner City 100 Awards Ceremony on May 9 in Boston, Massachusetts. The winners attended a two-day workshop featuring executive education case studies and sessions from leading content providers like Babson College, Harvard Business School, and Boston University.
The Inner City 100 listing showcases data about the fastest growing inner city businesses in the United States. Over 720 companies have earned positions on the list in the past 14 years. They have collectively generated over $2 billion in annual revenues and created over 73,000 new jobs combined. Some of the program sponsors are Goldman Sachs, Staples, and Chevron.
The winners in the 2012 listing operate in 46 cities in 30 different states. Amongst the 2012 winner highlights, 36 percent of the businesses are minority owned, 40 percent of their workers are inner city residents, and 25 percent are women-owned.
