Off-Leash K9 Training, a northern Virginia-based company with locations in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C., has announced their services will soon be available to pet owners in and around the New York and New Jersey areas.
The staff at Off-Leash Dog Training is comprised of off-leash dog trainers whose experience ranges from the United States Marine Corps to the Department of Defense, and the United States Secret Service. The goal of Off-Leash Dog Training, according to the company, is to create a strong bond between owner and dog via private lessons and dog behavioral consultations.
As members of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers, Off-Leash K9 Training is fully licensed and insured. Their work and story was recently profiled on Yahoo with a special presentation. They will soon open a location in New Jersey, with trainer Jacqueline Zinetti heading up this site.
Owner and head trainer, Nicholas White, shared, “Most behavior problems (biting, chewing, jumping, etc) are based off of a lack of exercise, discipline, and out of boredom! With this training, your dog is receiving top-quality obedience training, which in turn, allows you to give your dog freedom to run around off-leash and play.”
Some of the celebrity clients who have utilized the services of Off-Leash K9 Training include UFC World Champion Jon “Bones” Jones, 8-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman, Kane Hodder, the staff from Operation Repo, and Elliot Segal from DC 101's Elliot in the Morning.
Owner, Nicholas White, is a former Marine and combat veteran who published a book on dog training, Raising the Perfect Dog: Secrets of Law Enforcement K9 Trainers.
The company trains over 500 dogs a year and offers a 2-week board and train program. For further information, visit their website at offleashk9training.com.
