All-Natural Pet Food and Supplies Retailer Expands Locations
Kriser’s, a multi-unit retailer dedicated to all-natural pet food and supplies has announced an expansion with the first of three new Denver, Colorado stores slated to open on April 21, 2012, in Greenwood Village at the Belleview Square Shopping Center.
Brad Kriser founded The Barking Lot, a boarding and retail business, over 10 years ago, thus beginning his pet care career. Kriser’s opened their first store in 2006 in the Chicago, Illinois area. They current operate a total of nine stores in Chicago and Los Angeles, California. Founder and CEO, Brad Kriser, was introduced to all-natural pet food in 1999 and realized the difference it made in his dog’s life. The idea to open a store dedicated to all-natural pet food and supplies was born.
“The opportunity to open our first Kriser’s store in Denver is a coming home party for me,” Kriser shared. “The Denver community celebrates a healthy lifestyle and we are excited to bring that same opportunity to the pets that live, grow and thrive here.”
Some of the lines Kriser’s customers will see in the Denver stores include anidae, Evo, California Natural, Orijen, Wellness, Fromm, Earthborn, Nature’s Variety, Merrick, Primal, and Stella & Chewy’s. Kriser’s has a chew tower with treats including antlers and bully sticks along with organically made plush toys, pet beds, and pet supplies. Some of their all-natural grooming services include anesthesia-free teeth cleaning for pets and blueberry facials.
Two additional Denver stores will be opened in the fall of 2012. On Saturday, April 21, the grand opening of Kriser’s Greenwood Village will kick off from noon through 5 p.m. with a “Karnival,” photo booth, radio broadcast, giveaways, and weekend discounts.
