Coupaw.com, a division of FamilyPet.com, recently announced they acquired the daily deal website, MyPetHabit.com, which is based in Los Angeles, California.
Coupaw.com serves as a leader in the pet daily-deal site across North America and is modeled after daily deal platforms such as Groupon. The acquisition will allow Coupaw further expansion in its scope to provide pet-related deals both locally and nationally to their customers.

It is reported that the MyPetHabit.com website gained success in the Los Angeles area and offered its customers between 50 percent and 90 percent off items through their social buying program. Masterson shared that with millions of dedicated pet owners on the west coast, Coupaw.com looks forward to the acquisition and benefiting these client base.
In November of 2011, the FamilyPet network revealed that Richard Song was promoted to Director of Sales. For over two years, Song has been with the company and was tasked with managing the sales of Petsitting.com and Coupaw.com, two FamilyPet network companies.
Owned by FamilyPet.com, a strategic marketing pet industry company, other websites in the Coupaw.com network include petsitting.com and localdogwalker.com. Petsitting.com enables pet owners to find a professional, insured local pet provider in their area. Localdogwalker.com is one of the domains under this website.
